Grants for 4-H Clubs
4-H Program Reimbursement
Each year, the Massachusetts 4-H Foundation program committee allocates approximately $300,000 to various 4-H programs. 4-H staff use this form to request payment for pre-approved program expenses.

4-H Clubs can use this form to receive $50 for each unique feature newspaper article that is published. Don't forget to forward the published news article along with the Publicity Form. We love to see published photos of 4-H'ers in action, as well!
4-H Club Matching Grant Program
Tlhe amount of reimbursement is based on the size of your 4-H Club. 4-H Clubs receive up to a $200 dollar match ($1-$1) for your fundraising project. The matching grant must be pre-approved at least two weeks prior to the event by your local 4-H Educator. Program ends December 1st of each year.
4-H Club Starter Kit for New Clubs
All new 4-H Clubs will receive a "4-H Club Starter Kit" from the Mass. 4-H Foundation. This Club Kit is advertised in the National 4-H Supply Catalog and is valued at over $50. Contact your regional 4-H office for your club registration materials.
