Annual Fund

The Annual Fund is the source of recurring, unrestricted dollars to meet 4-H program expenses each year. Those dollars enable the Foundation to accomplish its mission to enrich and advance 4-H programs across the Commonwealth.

The nearly 2,500 Massachusetts 4-H’ers between the ages of 5 and 18 benefit from 4-H programs funded in whole or in part by the Foundation. Whether it is traditional animal care, gardening or craft club; a babysitter training class; a summer STEM or coding program; visual presentations; or other activities, Annual Fund dollars are critical to its success and to the growth and development of each participating 4-H’er.

How will my contributions be used?

The unrestricted Annual Fund ensures the future of 4-H and allows us to remain flexible to support the growth of new 4-H programs and other needs as they arise.

By making a donation you can feel proud, knowing that you are making a difference in the lives of our most important resource – our future citizens. Join us in growing confident, capable, caring kids – youth with skills for work and skills for life.

Your donation will be recognized in the Foundation’s Annual Report. Your club recognition status (described below) is determined by the total amount of donations to the Foundation within a calendar year:

Donation Levels:

• Emerald Clover Club – $5000+
• Gold Clover Club – $1000 – $4,999
• Silver Clover Club – $500 – $999
• Bronze Clover Club – $250 – $499
• Green Clover Club – $100 – $249
• Cloverbud Club – less than $100

How can I make a gift to the Annual Fund?

There are several ways you can make a gift to the Massachusetts 4-H Foundation:
